When will my gear be shipped?
When you work with the Gear Guyz we promise to ship your gear within 2 business days of the purchase.
Is there free shipping?
All U.S orders come with free shipping. All Canadian orders will be $20. Free shipping will be standard shipping and will take 3-5 days. If you want express shipping please reach out to us in the bottom right corner of your screen!
What countries do we ship to?
Right now we only offer shipping in the US and Canada. We are hoping to expand to other countries as soon as we can.
Do I Pay Return Shipping?
There are limited circumstances that you won't pay for return shipping. For example, if we send you the wrong product or it comes broken/not as advertised we will pay the return shipping. However if your equipment doesn't fit the return shipping cost will be covered by you.
Return Policies
When you work with the Gear Guyz, we try to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. In limited circumstances, Gear Guyz will accept an equipment return. For Gear Guyz to accept the return, the equipment cannot be used after the purchase.
Return claims have to be made in writing to Gear Guyz within 72 hours after your gear has been delivered. After 72 hours, then the sale is final. Gear Guyz reserves the right to determine whether to accept a return.
There is NO warranty on any equipment purchased from the Gear Guyz.
