Thank you for shopping with Gear Guyz. We strive to provide high-quality pro stock and closeout hockey equipment at competitive prices. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds
Time Frame: New items may be returned within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, including all original packaging and tags.
Final Sale: All used products and all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. -
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact Alex at alex@thegearguyz.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If approved, you will receive return instructions. -
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10 percent restocking fee unless the item is defective or incorrect. If the item received is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs. -
Refund Processing
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. -
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping of the original item and shipping costs of the replacement item unless the exchange is due to our error. -
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 3 days of delivery and include photos and your order number. We will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. -
No Warranty Disclaimer
All products sold by Gear Guyz are sold as is and without any warranties of any kind. Gear Guyz does not provide any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, or performance. Pro stock sticks and all other pro stock equipment do not include any manufacturer warranty unless explicitly stated in writing. Closeout products, sticks, gloves, protective equipment, and all other items sold through the website are not covered by any manufacturer warranty. Gear Guyz does not guarantee the lifespan of any stick or piece of equipment. Hockey equipment is subject to wear and breakage through normal use. Any optional credit or replacement offered by Gear Guyz is provided at our sole discretion and does not create an ongoing warranty or obligation. -
Partial Courtesy Credit Policy
While no warranty is provided, Gear Guyz may, at its sole discretion, offer partial store credit toward a replacement product in limited circumstances. This does not constitute a warranty. If you believe your situation qualifies, contact alex@thegearguyz.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. -
