Thank you for choosing to shop with Gear Guyz. We aim to provide fast, reliable shipping for all your hockey equipment needs. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We keep our pricing honest and transparent. Instead of inflating product prices to cover shipping, we offer simple flat-rate options based on item size, with an express upgrade available at checkout.
Standard (Ground) Shipping:
• Sticks: $19.99
• Skates, Gloves, Helmets, Pants: $14.95
• Small Gear and Accessories: $9.95
• Goalie Pads and Oversized Items: $29.95
Express Shipping:
• Available for an additional $10 on any standard shipping rate.
• Express orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days depending on location.
Free Shipping:
• Free standard shipping on orders over $200 (excludes oversized items and goalie leg pads).
• Free shipping automatically applies at checkout when eligible.
Buy-2-Stick Deal:
• Purchase two or more sticks and receive 5% off of your order.
Order Processing Time
• Orders placed before 9 PM Central ship the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details and a link to track your package.
Shipping Destinations
• We currently ship anywhere within the United States.
Delivery Issues
• Delayed Shipments: While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, carrier delays or severe weather can sometimes cause unexpected setbacks. Gear Guyz does not control carrier timelines once a package leaves our facility. For tracking updates, please contact the carrier directly.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Gear Guyz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your shipment appears missing, please reach out to the carrier for assistance.
Address Accuracy
• Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or returned shipments.
• If you need to update an address after placing your order, contact Alex immediately at alex@thegearguyz.com. If the order has already shipped, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery or rerouting.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you finalize your order. Costs are based on the selected shipping method and your delivery address. We primarily ship with UPS, FedEx, and Spee-Dee Delivery to ensure fast, affordable service across the Midwest and beyond.
